Inspired by the word "comforting," my chair design is meant to be a place to escape to when you are having a bad day or just want to curl up with a good book. It is a laminated plywood rocker with a sweater knit cushion that doubles as a blanket you can wrap yourself up in. The blanket fastens down with toggles when not in use. I am currently exploring the feasibility of this form in bent plywood and I'd appreciate any feedback on the design or the production.
